PRINCIPLE

As fluid enters the flow meter, it is precisely rectified and accelerated by our specialized air inlet rectifier. Within specific flow ranges, the turbine's angular velocity aligns seamlessly with the fluid's volume flow rate. Utilizing electromagnetic induction principles, a magnetic sensor detects proportional pulse signals from the rotating signal wheel. These signals, post-amplification, filtering, and shaping, are meticulously processed by the intelligent flow totalizer's microprocessor, alongside temperature and pressure sensor inputs, culminating in direct LCD displays of volume flow and total gas quantities with remarkable accuracy.
