PRINCIPLE
As fluid enters the flowmeter, it is expertly rectified and accelerated by our dedicated air inlet rectifier. The turbine blades, angled against the fluid flow, generate torque and begin rotating after overcoming friction and resistance. Within a defined flow range, the turbine's angular velocity directly correlates to the fluid's volume flow rate. Utilizing electromagnetic induction, our magnetic sensor captures a pulse signal proportional to the flow rate, which is then processed by the intelligent flow totalizer. The microprocessor unit, receiving signals from temperature and pressure sensors, calculates and displays the gas volume flow rate and total amount directly on the LCD screen.
