PRINCIPLE
As fluid enters the flow meter, it is expertly rectified and accelerated by our dedicated air inlet rectifier. The turbine blades, angled to the fluid flow, generate torque to initiate rotation once friction and resistance are overcome. Within specified flow ranges, the turbine's angular velocity aligns with the fluid's volume flow rate. Harnessing electromagnetic induction principles, a magnetic sensor captures pulse signals that reflect the fluid's flow rate. These signals, along with temperature and pressure data, are processed by the intelligent flow totalizer's microprocessor, resulting in precise volume flow and total gas readings displayed on the LCD.
