PRINCIPLE

The thermal flowmeter embodies the principle of heat diffusion, where the heat dissipated by a heating object is directly proportional to the flow rate of the fluid passing by. Each unit in this series is equipped with two standard-grade RTDs: one serves as the heat source, while the other measures fluid temperature. When fluid flows, the temperature difference between these RTDs is linearly related to the flow rate, and this relationship is expertly converted into a linear flow measurement signal through cutting-edge microelectronic control technology.
