The gas turbine flowmeter is a new type of gas turbine flowmeter newly developed by our company. It is a new generation of high-precision and high-reliability gas precision metering instrument that integrates temperature, pressure, flow sensor, and intelligent flow integrator by drawing on the advanced concepts of aviation technology and integrating theories such as fluid mechanics and electromagnetism. CHARACTERISTIC

1. Low-pressure loss: generally between 0.1 and 2.5kPa under normal pressure.

2. High accuracy: The full range is generally 1% -2.0%, and the high-precision type is 0.5% -1.0%; Belongs to a type of high precision.

4. Good repeatability: Generally, it can reach 0.05% to 0.2%. Due to its good repeatability, it is one of the preferred flow meters in trade settlement.

5. Wide range: Large caliber can generally reach 20:1 or above, small caliber is 10:1, and the starting flow rate is also low.
6. Multiple display methods can be used, including only a mechanical counter or a regular flow totalizer. A temperature and pressure compensation instrument can also be added to the mechanical counter, or only a temperature and pressure compensation instrument can be used. It can also be powered by lithium batteries for a long time, making it convenient to use.

7. Due to the general use of pulse frequency signal output, it is suitable for total quantity measurement and connection with computers, without zero drift, and has strong seismic resistance. If high-frequency signal output is used, a high-frequency signal (3-4kHz) can be obtained with strong signal resolution.
8. Strong reliability: The gas turbine flow meter uses magnetic induction or photoelectric sensors for signal detection, which has characteristics such as fast reaction speed, short response time, and built-in self-inspection, making it highly stable and reliable, suitable for various complex working conditions and environments.

PRINCIPLE

When the fluid flows into the flow meter, it is rectified and accelerated by the integrated rectifier dedicated to the air inlet. Since the turbine blades are at a certain angle to the flow direction of the fluid, the turbine generates a torque. After overcoming the friction torque and fluid resistance torque, the turbine begins to rotate. Within a certain flow range, the angular velocity of the turbine rotation is proportional to the volume flow rate of the fluid. Based on the principle of electromagnetic induction, a magnetic sensor is used to sense a pulse signal proportional to the volume flow rate of the fluid from the coaxially rotating signal wheel. After amplification, filtering, and shaping, the signal enters the microprocessor unit of the intelligent flow totalizer together with the temperature and pressure sensor signals for calculation and processing, and the volume flow rate and total amount of the gas are directly displayed on the LCD screen.
