PRINCIPLE

As fluid enters the flow meter, it is precisely rectified and accelerated by our specialized air inlet rectifier. Turbine blades, angled for optimal fluid dynamics, generate torque, initiating rotation after overcoming friction and resistance torques. Within specific flow ranges, the turbine's angular velocity aligns perfectly with the fluid's volume flow rate. Utilizing electromagnetic induction principles, a magnetic sensor detects proportional pulse signals from the rotating signal wheel. These signals, post-amplification, filtering, and shaping, are processed by the intelligent flow totalizer's microprocessor, alongside temperature and pressure sensor inputs, culminating in direct LCD displays of volume flow and total gas quantities.
