PRINCIPLE
As fluid enters the flow meter, it is expertly rectified and accelerated by the dedicated air inlet rectifier. The turbine blades, angled strategically against the fluid flow, generate torque that overcomes friction and resistance, initiating turbine rotation. Within a defined flow range, the turbine's angular velocity directly correlates with the fluid's volume flow rate. Leveraging electromagnetic induction principles, a magnetic sensor captures pulse signals proportional to the fluid's volume flow rate from the signal wheel. After amplification, filtering, and shaping, these signals, alongside temperature and pressure sensor data, are processed by the intelligent flow totalizer's microprocessor unit. The result is a direct display of the gas's volume flow rate and total amount on the LCD screen.
