PRINCIPLE

As fluid enters the flow meter, it is expertly rectified and accelerated by our specialized air inlet rectifier. Within specific flow ranges, the turbine's angular velocity synchronizes with the fluid's volume flow rate. Employing electromagnetic induction principles, a magnetic sensor detects proportional pulse signals from the rotating signal wheel. These signals, after amplification, filtering, and shaping, are processed by the intelligent flow totalizer's microprocessor, alongside inputs from temperature and pressure sensors, culminating in direct LCD displays of volume flow and total gas quantities.
