PRINCIPLE
As fluid enters the flow meter, it is expertly rectified and accelerated by the dedicated air inlet rectifier. The turbine blades, angled strategically to the fluid flow, generate torque that overcomes friction and resistance, initiating rotation. Within a specific flow range, the turbine's angular velocity aligns with the fluid's volume flow rate. Harnessing electromagnetic induction, a magnetic sensor captures a pulse signal reflecting the fluid's volume flow. This signal, once amplified, filtered, and shaped, enters the intelligent flow totalizer's microprocessor alongside temperature and pressure sensor data, allowing for precise calculation and processing. The output is a direct display of the gas's volume flow rate and total amount on the LCD screen.
